Funding Resources

At OT Dynamics we provide expert services to our clients and their families at appropriate prices. Our current fee prices can be requested via an online enquiry form or a phone call to our office on 5338 8932. We accept referrals from individuals, doctors and other organisations looking to have an Occupational Therapist assessment or service.

We are a registered provider for the following funds:

Private

We charge an hourly rate for our services.

NDIA

OT Dynamics is a registered provider for services under the national disability insurance scheme.

Medicare

Medicare funds* and reimburses eligible clients a range of pathways for accessing our services. Depending on the health care professional referring you to our services will indicate the type funding you will recieve.

* Please note there may be out of pocket expenses that Medicare does not cover please refer to the Medicare website or discuss your options with you local GP.

FaHCSIA

Helping Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Early Intervention and Better Start for Children wit Disability Initiative.

OT Dynamics is registered to provide occupational therapy services under FaHCSIA Helping Children with Autism(HCWA) and the Better Start Initiative(BSI).

FaHCSIA –  Helping Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Early Intervention.

The Early Intervention funding under the Helping CHildren with Autism(HCWA) package is aimed at providing increased access to Early Intervention for children aged up to six years with an ASD. The HCWA program is managed by the Autism Advisor in each state.

FaHCSIA – Better start for Children with Disability Initiative.

The Better Start for Children with Disability (BetterStart) initiative aims to assist eligible children with development disabilities to access funding for early treatment, diagnostic and management services. Parents or cares of eligible children will need to register their child for the Better Start early intervention funding before the child turns six years of age. Registration of eligible children is managed by the Registration and Information Service(RIS), which is operated by Carers Australia.

TAC / Workcover

OT Dynamics is a registered provider for the Transport Accident Commission and Worksafe andOccupational Therapist is highly skilled to assess and plan with the client and coordinate with TAC/Worksafe. TAC is a government organisation in aiding the recover from a transport accident, depending on each case TAC will fund an agreed upon amount of service hours to help the clients reach goals or used for an assessment to provide recommendations.

Slow to Recover

The Acquired Brain INjury: Slow to Recover ( ABI:STR) Program is a Victorian program in the area of rehabilitation and support services for younger, non-sompensable clients with severe brain damage. Under the program funding for each client with be allocated individually to purchase services.

School Funding

We can complete assessments for applications for school funding.
